Cultural Tour of Cairo, Luxor, Aswan & Abu Simbel

Following breakfast, you'll be met at the hotel lobby by your own qualified Egyptologist, and you'll be embarking upon an amazing tour to some of the greatest sites on earth.

You'll start by taking a tour of the Pyramids of Giza (Cheops, Chephren, & Mycerinus) & the Great Sphinx, where you'll uncover the history, and feel the magic of ancient Egypt during the 4 th Dynasty of the Old Kingdom.

Enjoy a nice lunch at one of the finest local restaurants in Memphis, which once served as Egypt’s capital, with its rich history and cultural importance.

After your meal, you'll continue with your discovery of fine ancient treasures, such as the massive statue of Ramses II, and the Alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

You'll then travel to Saqqara, where you'll be amazed by the step pyramid of King Djoser, the very first pyramid in Egypt, you'll investigate several tombs of nobles; the tomb facing the pyramid of King Teti (6 th Dynasty) & view magnificent scenes of art work inside the tomb of Kagemni.

At the end of an amazing cultural day; you'll then be transferred back to your Cairo hotel,

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll be met by your qualified, friendly English-speaking Egyptologist guide for your last fascinating day rich in history and culture.

First, you'll marvel at the Grand Egyptian Museum and all its treasures and monuments that narrate to you, in a brand new and majestic way, the life and times of ancient Egypt.

Then, savor a delectable lunch at a handpicked local restaurant before venturing into another journey through Egyptian civilization.

Then you will visit the Salah El-Din Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque, two marvelous structures representing Islamic architecture in the 1300s which takes influence from places such as the Blue Mosque in Turkey.

Later, proceed to the Old Cairo and experience its most significant cultural and religious places such as the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Church of St. Sergius, situated in the Old Copts sector.

After an immense cultural experience, you'll fly to Luxor for an overnight stay. Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be met by our representative who'll help you with your hotel transfer.

You will be met at your hotel in Luxor by our representative to start your tour in relaxing way discovering the wonders of ancient thebes.

Firstly: will travel to Luxor's West Bank to discover; the amazing statues of Memnon & the beautiful Hatshepsut Temple (one of the amazing temples which was built by a queen, during 18th dynasty).

Secondly: we will have another fantastic discovery in "valley of the Kings"; which represents the main tomb for pharaohs during the 17th-20th dynasty, they made a lot of holes inside the mountains to bury pharaohs inside the mountains surrounded with history and art.

Thirdly: will have nice traditional food on one of the nice restaurant.

Fourthly: will travel to Luxor's East Bank for the discover of two of the greatest temples in Egypt, Karnak & Luxor temples, representing the actual greatness in ancient Egypt.

Fifthly: you will come back to your hotel in Luxor to stay overnight.

In the morning after breakfast, you will proceed to your hotel in Aswan.

In the afternoon you will be visiting to High Dam. The High Dam is very significant in Egypt as project to prevent floods banks of Nile and after that you will visit Unfinished Obelisk & Philae temple. After lunch you will have a rest at local restaurant and then you will enjoy a sailing on a felucca to see elephantine island & return to the hotel and stay at Aswan hotel.

After enjoying your delightful breakfast at the hotel, embark on a cultural adventure tour of Abu Simbel Temples with a private guided tour by the Legend Egypt Tours representative.

Proceed towards one of the marvelous sights in Egypt where you can observe the awe-inspiring Temples of Ramses II; which were built by the great pharaoh; one of the strongest cultural aspects of the trip, it is not to be missed.

 you may also venture into Khan El Khalili bazaar-an ancient and vibrant oriental bazaar, one of the best places in Cairo for souvenirs and personal mementos for your friends back home.
