10 day 9 night Egypt family tour by Air

Following breakfast at your hotel, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and accompany you to the airport to catch your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met at Luxor Airport by our guide and transferred to your hotel to check in and relax before we begin your sightseeing tour. First on the agenda, is a visit to the Luxor Museum, which is one of the most attractive and well-displayed of Egypt's museums. Its artifacts consist of beautiful statuary, jewelry, pottery, furniture, stelae, and treasures recovered from Theban temples and necropolis. The amazing displays at Luxor Museum contain numerous, excellent treasures from the tomb of Tutankhamun, in addition to the renowned cow-goddess head. Next is the Mummification Museum where you will discover the rituals and processes involving mummification and burial practices of ancient Egyptians. The exhibition features numerous mummies of both men and animals along with canopic jars and artifacts of the mummification process. After the tour, a local restaurant awaits for your lunchtime. After that you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor for the remainder of the day.

Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel after your breakfast to visit Most of many kings are entombed in the grand architectural site Valley of the Kings where the tomb had been designated as place of burial. Of the many famous tombs King Tuthmoses I, King Tuthmoses III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramesses VI, King Mrenptah and Amonhotep II.
Next visit The temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also called Deir El Bahari, has been constructed by the only female king to ever rule Egypt ancient Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Tuthmoses I; Queen Hatshepsut had rule Egypt for almost 20 years throughout 18th Dynasty (1490-1469 B.C.) and built The temple,
later visit Colossi of Memnon, the remain of Amenhotep III's funerary temple,
later have lunch in local restaurant and transfer back to your hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast and checking out from your Luxor hotel, your tour guide will take you to journey toward Aswan including visits to two of Upper Egypt’s finest temples.
Your first destination will be the Temple of Edfu which is one of the most completed and well-preserved of all Egyptian temples. It is the temple for the falcon god Horus which is well known with its large size and its fantastic pylons and colossi together with their hieroglyphic writings and reliefs which reflect the Ptolematic civilization.

After your morning meal, your Egyptologist guide will pick you up from your Aswan hotel to discover some of Southern Egypt’s most famous and astonishing attractions.
You will visit Aswan High Dam, one of the greatest engineering wonders of the 20th century; built during the 1960s in an effort to stop the Nile’s flooding, to control its flow for irrigation and generate electricity for Egypt. The view from atop the dam gives panoramic perspective over Lake Nasser, the vast desert, and the enormous power station.
Later on you will drive south to one of the most incredible sites in Egypt, Abu Simbel. This amazing journey is by a modern air-conditioned vehicle and a drive of approximately 3 hours from Aswan.
Abu Simbel temples are truly some of the most magnificent temples ever built, dating back to Ramses II; their move by UNESCO is regarded as one of the greatest archeological rescue projects of all times, owing to Lake Nasser creation.
Great Temple of Abu Simbel which is dedicated to three main Egyptian Gods as well as King Ramses II themselves-Ptah, Re-Horakhty and Amun-Re-symbolize the vastness of the New Kingdom's empire and power. The Temple of Queen Nefertari, the beloved wife of Ramses II, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, is also visited.
After touring the temples, you will be taken back to Aswan to have lunch before dropping off to your hotel overnight.

Following a leisurely breakfast you will check out from your hotel in Aswan and be met by your tour guide to embark on a tour of one of Aswan's most well-known sights, the beautiful Philae Temple.
Built in honor of the goddess Isis, Philae Temple is one of the most spectacular ancient temples in all of Egypt. When Aswan High Dam was constructed the ancient temple had to be moved piece-by-piece in to order to save it from the rising waters of the Nile, to its current location on Agilkia Island.
You will make your way to the island by motorboat where your tour guide will offer you a tour and explanation of this wonderful site. Following your guided tour you will have the opportunity to wander around and absorb all of this fantastic island temple.
Once your tour of the site has concluded you will be transferred to Aswan Airport for your onward domestic flight to Cairo.
Upon arrival in Cairo you will be met by a representative of our company and transferred to your hotel for your over-night stay.

You will start your adventurous desert tour very early in the morning as the tour guide and the driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo in a private A/C vehicle around 6:00 in the morning. You will drive to approximately 350km South-west from Cairo and to the wonderful oasis of Bahariya Oasis. The drive will take about 4 hours.
Once you will be at the Bahariya oasis you will then change your vehicle and continue in a 4x4 vehicle where you will start to discover the marvelous landscapes of the Western Desert in Egypt.
Your first stop will be at the wonderful Black desert with its impressive black volcanoes formations.
After this you will have lunch at the oasis in one of the restaurants. Then it will be a chance for you to relax and refresh yourself before we continue to the tour.
You will then proceed to the marvelous Agabat valley and then to the crystal mountain which are with its quartz crystal formations and huge desert scenery are a landscape that you will never forget. On our way you will pass the sand dunes and many wonderful rocks formed over thousands of years by the nature.
Finally you will get to the marvelous White desert and you will witness one of the most attractive deserts in the world with its chalky white limestone rock formations in a shape of a giant mushroom, animal and some unique statues of natural monuments that can not be described by words.
And after you witness the wonderful day in the desert you will be driven back in your hotel in Cairo.

Following your breakfast, check out from your Cairo hotel and meet your tour guide to drive to Alexandria, the famous Mediterranean city in a modern air-conditioned vehicle.
Your first tour will be to Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa which is one of the best archaeological sites in Egypt. Also known as "The Wonder of the Middle Ages", this burial place carved into the rock includes three tiers deep capable of holding 300 people and shows a mixed of Egyptian, Greek and Roman influence in art work.
Your next tour will be to Citadel of Qaitbay which is one of the most important medieval fortifications on the Mediterranean. This castle was built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay in the same location of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria (one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world), providing magnificent views over the harbor and sea.
Your subsequent tour will be to Montazah Royal Palaces and Gardens which used to be the palace of the Khedive Abbas Helmy II to King Farouk I. Surrounded by impressive gardens over looking the Mediterranean sea.
Your last tour will be to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina which is a cultural and institutional hub for research, arts and the rediscovery of the ancient Library of Alexandria, the cultural beating heart of the ancient world.
Transfer to your hotel in Alexandria for overnight.

After the breakfast you will check out from your Alexandria hotel & meet your guide for another day in Alex sandria, you will head out to:
Pompey's Pillar This is one of Alexandria's main monuments and it stands in the location where the great Temple of Serapis once stood. The pillar itself is one of the largest ever made, carved from a single piece of granite, dating back to the first century BC.
Abul Abbas El Mursi Mosque is the biggest and most well known mosque in Alex sandria. Its pale yellow faade, ornate dome and towering minaret make it one of Alex sandria's chief monuments and a fine example of Moorish architecture, with beautiful arabesques.
Alexandrian Roman Amphitheatre At Kom El-Dikka. Here, at the heart of the modern city, stand the well-preserved ruins of a Roman theatre and houses.
End your sightseeing day with a relaxing walk on the old streets of Alexandia and take in the special city atmosphere. Later on you will transfer back to Cairo & check in to your hotel and stay overnight.

Our representative will meet you at your hotel after breakfast, then will transfer you to Cairo International Airport to help you with your departure flight.
