After your delicious breakfast at the hotel you will be met by our professional tour guide at your hotel lobby to commence our day tour to Cairo's magnificent monuments; it is an extended tour on the sites:
You will proceed to the plateau of Giza where you will explore the famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycerinus and the Sphinx and Valley Temple of king Chephren then you can take many pictures at the panorama place which you can see all the pyramids together from there and ride camels.
Then, you will enjoy a lovely lunch at an oriental restaurant, proceeding then to the step pyramid at Saqqara (The oldest stone structure) it is the pyramid of king Djoser; also you can enter the pyramid of Teti (No need of another entrance ticket) & you will enter the tombs of Nobles and you can see marvelous painting of real daily life during the ancient time of pharaohs at there.
We continue to Memphis (The old capital of Egypt); now it is an open-air museum, with astonishing relics, which contains colossus statue of Ramses II, the Alabaster Sphinx and several other important artifacts.

Breakfast at your hotel is followed by a fascinating full-day tour of Cairo's incredible historical and cultural heritage with your Egyptologist.

The tour first includes a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum where you will have the opportunity to discover all the splendor of ancient Egyptian civilization. The museum, that displays over 100,000 masterpieces, houses one of the largest collection in the world. One can notably admire King Tutankhamun’s treasures unearthed in 1922. They comprise a plethora of gold items and royal jewelry that have withstood over 3000 years of existence.

Following that, you will drive up to the Citadel of Saladin. It is topped by the stunning Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, an example of Ottoman architecture modeled on Istanbul’s Blue Mosque. This is also where you will be presented with a beautiful panorama of the city and the opportunity to discover the historical significance of the site for the Egyptian regime for centuries.

A well-selected local restaurant will serve you with an enjoyable lunch before visiting Coptic Cairo. You will first walk through the old Roman fortress of Babylon and visit the famous Hanging Church, one of the most ancient churches of Egypt. The Church of St Sergius has been built over the cave where the Holy Family lived. You will also explore the Ben Ezra Synagogue.

The tour will end with a walk through the lanes of medieval Islamic Cairo, surrounded by medieval mosques, madrasas, gates and ancient stone pathways that date back to the 10th century. Finally, you will relax for a tea break at the historic and popular El Fishawy Caf, one of Cairo's oldest coffeehouses and located in the heart of the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

After having breakfast at your Cairo hotel your tour leader will accompany you to Cairo International Airport to take your internal flight to Luxor the former capital of Egypt, the biggest open-air museum in the world. Upon your arrival at Luxor you will be met and transferred to your Nile cruise (5 star), beginning your memorable cruise experience down the unique Nile River. After you check in and have some rest in your cabin then you can have your lunch on board your Nile cruise. In the afternoon you can begin your visits to; Karnak Temple Complex the largest religious site in the world built and developed during the reigns of many ancient Egyptian pharaohs, Luxor Temple the great pharaonic construction of the New Kingdom. Following your visits to Karnak & Luxor Temples, you will get back to your cruise to enjoy your leisure time.

Enjoy your breakfast on board your Nile cruise, followed by your tour of the West Bank of Luxor. These sights are among some of the most impressive treasures Egypt has to offer.

You will start your sightseeing tour with a visit to the famed Valley of the Kings, an area with many New Kingdom tombs. These impressive rock-cut tombs offer an unparalleled glimpse into the world of ancient Egyptian burials. After the Valley of the Kings, you will visit the glorious mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari-a breathtaking example of architecture integrated with the cliff face of the Theban mountains.

You will then return to your cruise ship for your lunch on board. The ship will then begin sailing to Esna. During the afternoon, you can relax on your sun deck, enjoying a cup of afternoon tea while gazing at the views and ancient lands of the Nile Valley.

Later that evening you will arrive in Edfu for a lovely dinner. The on board entertainment in Edfu included a very lively belly dancing and music show where you could spend a relaxing time on the peaceful banks of the Nile.

Wake up to a delicious buffet breakfast on board your Nile cruise before arriving in the city of Edfu, which has been the original name meaning 'the town of the Piercing', it was here that Horus the hawk god achieved a legendary victory over his cruel uncle Set.

Disembark the ship and enjoy a charming horse-drawn carriage ride to the fabulous Temple of Edfu. It is the best preserved temple in all of Egypt and dedicated to the hawk-headed god Horus, god of kingship and protection. Your guide will detail the fascinating inscriptions, mythology and symbolism within this magnificent structure.

Board the cruise again and set sail down the River Nile towards Kom Ombo where you will experience the fascinating panorama of Nile scenery from your sundeck. Enjoy tea as you take in the views.

Upon reaching Kom Ombo, we will disembark and walk to visit another fascinating temple in Egypt. The temple of Kom Ombo is unique because it is actually a double temple, dedicated to two gods; the crocodile god Sobek, and the ancient god of justice, Horus the Elder (Haroeris), hence its unusual two parallel sanctuaries, hypostyle hall and courts.

Disembark, return to the cruise vessel and continue our sailing towards Aswan. Tonight we enjoy a delightful evening meal on board before further entertainment, after which you can relax in your comfortable surroundings as you drift down the peaceful Nile.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the enchanting and tranquil city of Aswan on board your Nile cruise. You will visit the great Aswan High Dam, the monumental modern achievement, to view the impressive complex used to control and utilize the waters of the Nile for electricity. You will then continue to visit the Granite Quarries, and will observe the great Unfinished Obelisk, believed to be the largest obelisk in history of Ancient Egypt. You will then proceed back to your cruise ship for a midday meal on board, while taking in the magnificent views of the Nile River and its islands. The remainder of the day will be free for you to enjoy at leisure. Relax on the sun deck, lounge in the swimming pool, enjoy the solitude of your room, and try out the spa facilities or you may even try a few of the many options available for those wishing to tour further. In the evening a delicious dinner will be served onboard to compliment your last night on the Nile cruise in the serene setting of Aswan.
